As per reports, it has been revealed that HTC has introduced two smart phones in India. Both the phones belong to One series, first quad core phone 'One X' and mid-range device 'One V'. However, both the phones will be available in the market by 2 April.
Sources known to the news were of the view that there is a significant prize difference in both the phones. One X will be available for Rs 35,000 and One V will be priced at Rs 17,000. To talk about the specifications of the phones, One V is categorized as mid-range smartphone and has 3.7-inch WVGA display with 1GHz single core processor. It also has 5.0 MP camera with 720p recording.
However, HTC’s One X will have a 4.7-inch display which is approximately 1,280x720p. Some of its other features are 1.5GHz quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor and massive 8.0MP camera with rear support and it also has a
1.3MP front facing shooter, which is capable for shooting 720p HD videos.
One thing that is common in both the phones is an image processing chip. This facility will help in bringing good quality pictures. In addition, it has also been found that HTC is going to launch One X and One S in Europe on April 2,
2012. However, it is not known that when Asian countries will be able to see these two phones.
HTC officials said that after Europe, they will launch the phones in some Asian countries including Singapore and Taiwan, but it is not known that when India will be able to see the phones. Experts said that it seems that HTC is ready to give stiff competition to its competitors.
